Cancellation Policy

  • Any wrong information in form fill up will cause cancellation of admission.
  • All students shall be required to submit their Original Certificates/Documants at the time of physical document verification in the college. Failure to do so shall result in cancellation of admission.
  • Admission Will take only when student is alloted for this college. No other student will entertain.
  • Admission once generated/paid, are non transferable and non refundable.
  • College will not be refunding any amount to cyber cafe and to the candidates once the Application form is generated/paid.
  • Transaction fee charges would not be refunded/ reversed under any circumstances for any refund/ reversal /chargeback and any other reasons.
  • Transaction fees charged would be borne by cardholder for any payment.


Terms and Conditions

  • Admission is subject to allotment of candidates in the college within the permissible seat limit.
  • Colleges will confirm admission only after physical verification of the data entered in the admission form and the credentials presented at the time of admission and in case of dispute , the decision of the college will be final.
  • It is the prerogative of the candidate to keep the information and credentials safe and secure.
  • Students/Parents can approach the Accounts Department for refund with proof of the transaction reference/ your bank statement, in case of duplicate payment.
 

Candidates are hereby advised that if due to network interruption at the time online payment of fees and upon debit of such fees from their account, please wait for 24 hrs, for confirmation of same and check the website for acknowledgement. Do not attempt to make payment twice instantly.

Refund Policy

If the payment is not successful, the amount will be reverted back to the customer's account within 5-8 working days time. Online application / admission fee once approved, the fund cannot be refunded under any circumstances.

  • Fee once paid will not be refunded. However, if there is any excess payment or double payment for a particular for any reason whatsoever, the student may file his/her claim with the Finance & Accounts Section. In case of refunds, it will be credited via the same online mode.
